A Detailed Conversation

We begin with a detailed conversation to understand:

Any current pain or ongoing injuries

Your past injury history and what you’ve tried before

And your ideal outcome from joining

That might be exercising pain-free, feeling less stiff, building strength, or getting back to activities you enjoy.

Spinal & Joint Assessment

We then carry out a spinal and joint assessment to see how your body is moving and why certain issues may have persisted.

This gives us a clear picture — no guesswork.

Clear Explanation & Plan

We explain everything back to you in simple language, so you understand:

What’s going on with your body

Why previous approaches may not have worked

And what the best next steps are

This allows us to:

Place you in the correct Reformer level (We have 4 Levels)

Advise how often you should exercise

And give any additional guidance you may need

Class Levels - Timeline Style

Our 4 Reformer Pilates Levels

We meet you where you are. Then we help you progress safely and gradually.

1

Rehabilitation Classes

For people with little or no exercise experience — or those who currently feel pain, stiffness, or fear movement.

These classes help you:

  • Feel safe and confident exercising
  • Improve flexibility and mobility
  • Build gentle strength
  • Exercise without pain

Perfect for: First-time exercisers, post-injury recovery

We take extra care to guide every step, making sure movements are comfortable, clear, and appropriate for your body.

2

Beginner Classes

Ideal if you're new to Pilates, returning after time away, or still building basic strength and control.

In these classes, you'll work on:

  • Mobility & flexibility
  • Exercise safely & effectively
  • Full-body strengthening
  • Resistance-based exercises that strengthen muscle without stressing the joints

Features: Movements are slow, controlled, and joint-friendly — no high-impact, no pressure, no intensity-based workouts.

3

Intermediate Classes

A natural progression from our Beginner level.

Expect:

  • Higher resistance
  • More challenging movements
  • Greater control and coordination
  • Stronger muscle engagement

Still includes: No jumping, no high-impact — just thoughtful, progressive strengthening.

4

Advanced Classes

For people who have built strong foundations and want to progress further.

These classes include:

  • Higher loads
  • Advanced Pilates variations
  • Strong conditioning
  • Higher coordination and control demands

Maintains: Still joint-friendly. Still therapist-led. Just the most progressive level in our studio.
