Grace is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with plenty of experience in helping patients achieve their mobility and wellness goals. Specialising in Sports injuries and rehabilitation. Grace combines evidence- based practices with a personalised approach to treatment.
Grace believes in empowering patients through education and tailored care plans ensuring that each individual receives the highest standard of care.
Grace earned her degree in TUS Athlone where she developed a strong foundation in musculoskeletal health and manual therapy. She continually seeks to expand her knowledge through ongoing
education and is committed to staying at the forefront of the latest therapy techniques, while also gaining qualifications in Reformer Pilates. When not in the clinic, Grace enjoys all kinds of sporting activities, which reflects her passion for maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
