What to Expect at Your First Visit
To begin your journey, we offer an Initial Consultation that includes a thorough evaluation of your condition, pain, and medical history.
This involves a Subjective Assessment, as well as a Spine and Joint Assessment and Gait Analysis. We provide an in-depth review of how your body should move and how it currently moves.
From there, we create a personalised plan to help you achieve your desired goal, whether that's through Reformer Pilates, Rehabilitation, or Treatment.
